Besteci
Emircan Pehlivan, 1999 yılında Samsun’da doğmuştur. Herhangi bir müzik üniversitesinden mezun olmamış; bestecilik zanaatına ilişkin teknik bilgileri, akademiden bağımsız bir süreçte kendisine gönüllü olarak mentorluk yapan Özkan Manav ve Mithatcan Öcal’dan edinmiştir.
Eserleri; Ensemble Modern, Klangforum Wien, International Ensemble Modern Akademie, Collegium Novum Zürich, Beijing Contemporary Soloists, Appassionato Ensemble, Karlowicz Filarmoni Orkestrası ve Lucerne Festival Orkestrası gibi topluluklar tarafından seslendirilmiştir. Yapıtları; Wittener Tage für neue Kammermusik (Almanya), ICCS Young Talents (Almanya), Lucerne Festival (İsviçre), Avangarden Liedberg Festival (Almanya), Muziek Biennale Niederrhein (Almanya) ve Como Contemporary Festival (İtalya) gibi uluslararası festivallerde yer almış ve çeşitli ödüllere değer görülmüştür.
Besteci olarak çalışmalarını İstanbul’da sürdürmektedir.
